These terms apply to all Rose Garden Stitch Co. gift cards, digital or physical, whether bought online or in our shop. Founding Stitcher Gift Cards, sold before we open, follow these same terms plus the bonus details below.
Using your gift card
- Gift cards can be used for canvases, threads, kits, tools, self-finishing items, classes and everything else in our shop, and on our website.
- Gift cards can't be used for finishing services or to buy other gift cards.
- You can use your card over multiple visits until the balance runs out. If a purchase costs more than your balance, you can pay the difference another way.
- Gift cards can be used on sale items.
No fees, no expiration
Our gift cards never expire, and we never charge fees on them. Your balance doesn't go down over time.
Cash back for small balances
Once you've used your card at least once and the remaining balance is under $5, you can ask us to pay out that balance in cash, as required by Oregon law. Otherwise, gift cards can't be exchanged for cash.
Delivery, lost cards and balance
- Digital gift cards are delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout (or to a recipient on the date you choose, if you send it as a gift). Physical gift cards are available in our shop.
- Didn't get your digital gift card, or lost the email? Email hello@rosegardenstitch.co and we'll resend it.
- Please treat your gift card and its code like cash. We can't replace a balance that someone else has already spent. If a card is lost or stolen, contact us with your receipt or card number and we'll do our best to help, including deactivating the old card and moving any unused balance to a new one.
- To check your balance, ask in the shop or email us.
Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Founding Stitcher Gift Cards (sold before opening day only)
- Founding Stitcher Gift Cards, which include a 10% bonus, are sold only until our opening day.
- A discount is applied automatically at checkout, so you get a gift card worth 10% more than you paid for it (for example, you pay $50 for a $55 card).

The bonus is part of your card's balance. It works the same as the rest of the balance and never expires.
